Overview: The New Albany Symphony is a community orchestra performing a subscription series, sensory friendly series and summer concert at the McCoy Center and Hinson Amphitheater in New Albany, Ohio.
Summary: The Production Manager serves as the primary production administrator and is an integral member of the Artistic Operations team. Responsible for overseeing the logistical needs of the orchestra and staff for all New Albany Symphony concerts, the Production Manager will act as a liaison with staff, musicians, guest artists, venues, stage crew and partners. This position requires a high level of professionalism, tact and integrity due to the frequency of internal/external contacts and exposure to confidential information. The New Albany Symphony performs in October, December, March, April and July. We hold a Student Concerto Competition on January 23 and a Musician Audition on August 12.

Guest Artist Coordinator
Organization: New Albany Symphony
Reports to: Executive Director
Overview: The Guest Artist Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all logistical and hospitality needs for visiting guest artists, conductors, narrators, emcees, and other special guests. This position serves as the primary point of contact for guest artists before, during, and immediately following their engagement. The Guest Artist Coordinator ensures that every guest receives a professional, organized, and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include travel itineraries, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, dressing-room preparation, hospitality, artist communications, and fulfillment of all approved contractual rider requirements. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple artists and changing priorities simultaneously.

Development Coordinator
Organization: New Albany Symphony
Reports to: Executive Director
Overview: The Development Coordinator supports building the orchestra’s capacity for the future through the planning and implementation of all fundraising activities, including annual fund drives, corporate sponsorships, individual sponsor renewals, endowment/planned giving, capital campaigns, grant applications, Independence Day 5K sponsorships, Gala, Fall Wine Soiree, Holiday Gift Basket Fundraiser and new initiatives as needed. The Development Coordinator works closely with and reports to the Executive Director and the president of the board of trustees to determine goals and budgets for fundraising activities and to seek out additional funding opportunities. The Development Coordinator establishes relationships with grant-making foundations and corporations, local and federal government agencies that provide arts funding, interacts with donors, business and community leaders in cultivation of new prospects, and supervises staff and volunteers in the execution of fundraising initiatives.
