This form is to purchase a table using a credit card and to upgrade lawn seats to a table. For donors who receive complimentary tickets ($500 level and above) and for season subscribers, if you want to apply the value of your tickets for this concert to the cost of a table, subtract $26 for each ticket you are exchanging from $500 and enter the amount in the “Upgrade Tickets to a Table” field below.
